Kevin is an experienced Certified Public Accountant with a demonstrated history of working across industries from oil & gas, public accounting, transportation to distribution, industrial services, and waste disposal. He is a seasoned finance and accounting professional, skilled in Business Analysis & Improvement, Financial Projections, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

He has helped several businesses during significant growth periods to maintain strong balance sheets and margins. He has also prepared individual and corporate tax returns throughout his career. Although tax compliance is a service he offers, his real passion lies in preparing tax projections for several years out, so his clients do not encounter any surprises when it comes time to file taxes.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, after receiving his BBA in Finance/Accounting, he went on to hold positions as Partner and Chief Financial Officer over the last 30 years.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, working on his property, traveling around the US, and serving with his local church, where he’s a Board Member on the Finance Team.
